Prices

The prices quoted in the Online Store are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter these prices up or down, when required by changes in VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note. We reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, designs or prices or product and conditions of supply.

Parcels of a certain weight, size, value and destination are subject to additional delivery costs. Please contact us for further information.

How and when will it be delivered?

Where possible our parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. Some parcels may require a signature on delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 14 days delivery to destinations within the UK. Orders sent to overseas destinations may take up to six weeks dependent on the destination. Please check the availability on items when ordering as orders are accepted without guarantee of delivery by specific dates. Please allow an additional 3/5 days for delivery of shirts to be printed. It is our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit. Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online store if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the Online Store. Please see the following paragraph for our exchange/refund policy.

International Orders

If you are placing an international order you may be charged customs and import duty depending on the orders value and the destination country. Customers in the EU should not be charged any import or customs duty. Southampton FC cannot be responsible for any charged customs or import duties and they are the responsibility of the recipient. Southampton FC cannot provide any indication of these charges. If you have specific customs questions please contact your local customs and excise ministry or department.

What if I want a refund?

If a refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging along with your receipt within 28 days of the purchase date. Please note all parcels must be sent back using the returns label provided with your parcel, we will not accept responsibility for lost goods. There will be a £2 administration charge placed on all refunds via mail order.

Purchases may also be exchanged or refunded at the Stadium Megastore or WestQuay Store. All items must be returned in re saleable condition along with your receipt and within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalised such as replica shirts, unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Jewellery, underwear, hats and socks purchased through the Online Store will only be exchanged if deemed to be faulty for hygiene reasons. Please make sure you have ordered the correct item and size at the time of ordering.

Discounts

  • Season ticket/membership discount applies to purchases of Southampton FC Official merchandise by the Season Ticket/membership holder for the 16/17 season only.
  • Discount not transferrable, proof of identity may be requested.
  • Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other.
  • Southampton FC reserve the right to refuse discount.
  • Eligibility to discount ends May 31st 2017
  • Discount does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers and certain other products.
